Rather than reach for slideware I built the deck as a web application, with Claude as a copilot: a reusable slide-stage web component handling scaling, keyboard navigation, deep links and print-to-PDF, and thirty slides of hand-written HTML and CSS on top of it.
It is the clearest evidence I have for a claim that is easy to make and hard to show — that I can take an idea through to something running, not just something rendered.
